This is the workout to do when you fall off track. If you’ve taken a few days, weeks, or even months off from working out and want to get back on track, ease in with this 20 min full body cardio and strength workout. It’s an all-levels workout that just requires a set of moderate dumbbells and a mat. Remember, the hardest part is just starting.     This was great! My favorite move was the single-leg Romanian dead-lift to the front-loaded pistol squat. So tough! And those squat pulses at the end of the cardio block...OUCH! Thanks for another great workout!
